What services do you offer?

50 minute sessions where you can move between Traditional Finnish saunas and 5 fjord ice baths at your own pace. Private change rooms, showers and toilets. Complimentary water.


Where are you located?

Si is located in the heart of Mooloolaba at Unit 15&16/121 Mooloolaba Esplanade. Inside the arcade near the entrance to the Mantra Hotel.


Where do I park?

Parking is available directly underneath us in the underground carpark (accessed via Venning Street). Enter the underground carpark next to the Mooloolaba Pub, turn left and. drive as far as you can. Find a park and head up the stairs - you won’t miss us!


What do I bring to the session?

We suggest wearing bathers you feel comfortable in. Please bring two towels—one for the sauna and one for drying off afterwards—and a water bottle to stay hydrated.


How long is a session?

Each session runs for 50 minutes, giving you the freedom to move between sauna and ice bath at your own pace. We want you to feel completely relaxed in this space. 


What is Si etiquette?

If you’re coming straight from the beach, we kindly ask that you dust off any excess sand before entering. Please shower prior to using the sauna or ice baths to help us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.

During your visit, for hygiene, we kindly ask that you shower before entering the ice baths.


Who should avoid using the Sauna?

For safety, sauna use is not recommended for pregnant women and anyone under 18.


Does Si have private sauna sessions?

At Si, we don’t offer private sauna sessions — our saunas are spacious and designed to ensure everyone feels comfortable. Just like a coffee shop, conversation is welcome, and so is silence — please be mindful of those around you.


What are the perks of Si Membership?

Members enjoy daily session at Si. As with all guests, sessions must be booked in advance. Once a month, members can bring a complimentary guest free of charge - at the start of each month we will send you a code that you may share with your guest.


How do I hold or cancel my membership?

At Si we understand life can get in the way sometimes. If you wish to cancel membership you can submit a request via the member portal or Si app.

Memberships can be put on hold for a minimum of 2 weeks and we will need to be notified 2 weeks in advance for holds and cancellations (outside minimum terms if this applies).
